Ensuring Watertight Integrity with ELD
Forensic Electronic Leak Detection (ELD) is a powerful tool that helps identify hidden moisture intrusion before it leads to costly damage. Unlike traditional methods, ELD provides full-surface coverage, ensuring that 100% of the membrane is watertight.
Why It Matters:
-
Pinpoints problems early – detects punctures, cuts, or improper terminations in membranes.
-
Supports investigations – locates breaches and moisture pathways in existing buildings.
-
Valid for the life of the system – testing can be performed at installation and repeated over time for ongoing assurance.
-
Adaptable to conventional roofs – on non-conductive systems, a carbon black primer is applied to make the surface testable. Once primed, the roof can be inspected annually, semi-annually, or after a severe hailstorm—taking the guesswork away from roof performance.
-
Protects owners & contractors – reduces insurance claims, operational disruptions, and long-term repair costs.

TESTIMONIALS
“His ability to provide expert guidance, navigate complex challenges, and ensure quality results makes him an invaluable partner to have on your team.”
A few years ago, I worked with Thomas on a science centre renovation project and it was an excellent experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in his workmanship, supported by a thorough quality control process. Even with unique challenges like circular, sloped roofs, Thomas managed the project with precision and professionalism. I would highly recommend him as a consultant for any project.

Reliable, Precise & Non-Destructive
Our advanced low-voltage scanning method is more accurate than outdated flood testing or vector mapping. It isolates problem areas without damaging the system, eliminating the need for perimeter wiring and reducing disruption on-site.
Peace of Mind with Proof
With clear documentation and precise results, you can move forward with confidence knowing your roofing and waterproofing systems are performing as designed—reducing risk, avoiding disputes, and ensuring long-term performance.
